Spotlight on... thefluffanutta

Around Squidoo thefluffanutta has become something of an institution. He's been around since 2006 and actively uses his skills as a software engineer to enhance Squidoo for all lensmasters.

While he writes about many different subjects, including Dr Who and Wii games for kids, thefluffanutta is best known for creating tools to help lensmasters. SquidUtils provides a wide range of tools and utilities for all lensmasters. I know when I set up my new computer recently one of the first things I had to do was head over to SquidUtils to load the Dashboard extension, advanced dashboard, and Squidoo toolbar. I use all of these on a daily basis when creating, updating, and reviewing my own lenses.

The powers what be at Squidoo HQ have been so impressed with the work that thefluffanutta has done that they have asked him to create modules for them directly, including the Weather module, Zagat, and Yelp; and widgets, including the lens rating widget and bookmark lens widget.  Several of the utilities he wrote are now incorporated into your lens dashboard, including the very popular lens health check.

Let's give a great big thank you to thefluffanutta. You really have made lenscrafting an easier and more enjoyable task for lensmasters everywhere.
